Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from the paid subscription contract you have concluded within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the paid subscription (upgrade).
The free registration, the one-time trial period, and the free-of-charge Free plan (see § 4 of the Terms) do not give rise to any payment obligation and therefore do not trigger a right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal exists exclusively in relation to a paid subscription and only begins upon its conclusion.

The withdrawal must be made by means of a clear declaration (e.g., letter or email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of the paid subscription's services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided under the paid subscription until you communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, measured against the total scope of the subscription. The preceding free-of-charge use (registration, trial period, and Free plan) is not taken into account in this respect.
The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete contract fulfillment.
